Vaccinating pregnant doe against pneumonia?

Can this be done during pregnancy?

We warded off evil things this past summer when Mama Betty, in her last month of pregnancy, developed congestion and green snot. I had planned on vaccinating her against pneumonia, but forgot about it until today.

It's cold, drizzly, she sounds congested, has clear nasal drainage, and she has been with the buck for 2 weeks...

When would she be safe to vaccinate against pneumonia?
