Do not use nails when building buck pen shelters. (Side note, yes a 300 lb buck can fit through a hole that a chiwawa can't fit through)

I once had an old man at a goat and sheep sale pose this question to me: "Do you have a pen built for him?" "Sure I do" was my reply. He then asked, "will it hold water?". "well,.....No.........I answered" Then he said, "well, I'm afraid to tell you sonny, but it won't hold a goat!" I've lived by those words ever since.

When you have bucks & does' in separate pens & it comes the right time of year the bucks will find a Way when there is the Will! We don't use nails on anything here, only screws.
