Getting Ready to Lock Up the Boys

I hate to do it, but since we've got two bucks and the ladys, have all been serviced, there's a mad grab at the feed trough and the girls aren't getting their fair share. This has never been a problem in the past as all our bucks have been rather gentlemanly about sharing with their girls but these two would rather fight all things furry than share.

The bucks are very well made, healthy, and well above anything we've ever owned in the boer buck catagory, so I'd like to keep them going in their present physical direction. They'll have their own little acre, mineral block, water source, alfalfa/timothy hay, and feed tubs (for their "lets keep 'em friendly" daily ration), etc. I'm kinda concerned however about the fretting aspect of the change-over. They're 10 months old and weigh about 140 + lbs and can really pack a punch when it comes to feeding time... and getting rid of either IS NOT an option.

Am I missing something or just being paranoid?

Earplugs for you for a couple of days, then it'll be back to normal!

Alice & April are right, they will all adjust. It may just take a couple days.
