Just some pics

Tinker reminds me of a fawn sometimes...she is just the sweetest, cutest, loveable baby girl..

The most un-photogenic goat in the world....but Gretta is the greatest! She really doesn't look like this in real life...she takes after her mother (me)

I think Pony was trying to talk the others into being nice and including Tinker, but they wouldn't go for it.

I LOVE that picture of Gretta!

They are so adorable. I love my Latte. She has such a personality. And comes whenever I go out the door and call her name.
Andy is out building them a new shed for the winter. 10x12 for now, another 10x12 will be added on in the spring.

We are trying to figure out our winter set up too. I would like to get Pony and Tinker in with the other 3. Right now they are in a seperate outbuilding accross the yard. It would make things a lot easier for me if they were all togther. Plus the building they are in is a north entrance and that can be cold and rain (oh that's right, we don't get rain anymore) blows right in.
So that would be 5 minis' in a 10X12 (prox) We get so cold here in the winter with blizzards and such...I think they will stay warmer if all together. Plus I don't have an extra stall with Mama-D and future baby! We may have to build something or expand the goat stall and make an area that only Tinker can get in in case she needs to get away. >sigh< I think Gretta got her tonight. I heard a ruckus in the barn and Pony ran out, then Tinker and Tinker stopped and yelled out a cry. Then Gretta came stomping out. Tinker looked like she was limping and a bit wobbly for a minute. Gretta! Naughty! Really ticked me off. But she seems fine now and all is well....but something we are going to have to work around for sure..
Sorry for the ramble. lol!!

Oh Gretta and that look she always has. I just want to pinch her little cheeks. What about a tinker house in side the pen that she can only fit in. Poor baby Tink.

Pony was telling them, 'I may not look it now, but one day I will be the baddest hombre around. So be nice to Tinker or else!" That's when they laughed and walked away...

I have faith in you Pony.

Minelson I love looking at your posts, your pictures always make me so happy . How is Momma D doing? I have been worrying about her big belly.

Great pictures of all the little goats but I do Love the one of Gretta! Every herd has to have a queen & Gretta's yours.

I do think the more time they spend together, all 5 of them the better they will be. Maybe seperate the stall the 3 amigos are in now with a cattle panel or something so they can all be together but seperate at night time too. I think if you let them together during the day & back in their own buildings at night it will continue on this way since I think the big goats just keep making sure the little one's know they are above them in the pecking order.

They are all fantastic photos. Really love the second one of Tinker that shows off her spots.
