Trouble With Photobucket

Help; I have successfully uploaded photos from my laptop to the Photobucket site before, so it worked at 1 time.But now when I log in and hit upload, the green upload button is underneath words and therefore, I am unable to click on it. Am I just an idiot who has forgotten how I've done it before, or is there something wrong with the site?
