I agree that it is most likely the change in diet and the stress of relocation, getting to know new people, etc. If she was dewormed in the Spring, she most likely isn't wormy again this soon, unless she was in a dirt lot all this time.
Give her a few days. Keep her away from feed if she didn't get feed at her old home. If you decide to give her feed, introduce it very slowly after she has settle into her new home.
Relocation, especially with new people can be stressful enough to cause this kind of problem, then combine that with any change in diet and you could have a problem, temporarily usually.
