Hmmm after reading that I think I might have to go talk with Red and see why he was special since he was ready to go at 4 months old lol. That's something else.

When I was giving hay to the boys I told Big Red he matured way to early in life he answered by almost peeing on me. I think I am going to write a comment to them.

I went ahead and submitted corrective comments. They only got one 'fact' completely correct. It was kinda fun poking holes in everything.

Um....wow? My goats must be all messed up. My goats don't have menstrual bleeding so, dang it, all of those goat tampons and pads are going to waste. It's probably a good thing too because they may try to eat them off of each other. I guess I could just keep them all in their separate pens. You know, where I keep them so pregnancies can commence.

BTW, how do you mate "at" something?

"In fact, there are some goat breeds that do not produce milk until after they have been mated. "

I want to know the goat breed that produces milk without mating.

Well, there are precocious milkers...

Seriously, did anyone follow these links back to the author's blog page? Where there's the definitive book for only 29.95?!?! With all the testimonials as to how helpful it's been? Can't be by the same person
