Pregnant doe with growth near throat

I noticed a growth (it is not attached to the skin, it feels like it moves) inside at the point where her bottom jar and throat meet. It seems to be the size of soft walnut in shell. It is right in the middle (not on either side). Any idears? Sometimes I wonder if I am a goat-hypocondriact.
