ice cream recipe

okay, my son is doing a science experment on ice cream. He is trying to tell the difference between goats milk and cow milk. The ice cream will be just plain vanilla. Do any of you have any simple recipes that don't use eggs or cream? He is trying to show the cream difference in the two types of milk and that you can make ice cream without cream or half and half.

Any ideas?

Thanks

If he's not using cream, he's not making ice cream.

He's making ice milk. http://www.food.com/recipe/simple-va...ce-milk-373964

Yes, you can just add flavorings and run it through an ice cream maker.

The eggs are the stabilizer that prevents large ice crystals from forming. Ice milk is normally slightly gritty with ice crystals.
