Milk Cyst Question

If anyone has a doe with milk cysts have you noticed if they've passed them down to their daughters? Loretta, who has milk cysts, had a doeling this year with a little flap of skin on one teat. She's only 2 months old so its still pretty small. I don't think it's a fish teat or anything and there is no orifice that I can see. Would you let her grow up and see what happens or since its a flaw sell her or eat her? I want her bloodlines and her sire's dam has a gorgeous udder so I was hoping he would improve things. I don't want any more bad udders in my herd though. I'm trying to pull on my big girl pants and cull heavily. Loretta, who has awesome bloodlines, is being culled though for quite a few reasons. I was hoping for a replacement doeling though.

With the cost of hay I need to rethink who gets to stay.
Would a picture help? There's not much to see because her teats are itty bitty. I could try though.

Sorry, I know nothing about this, but it is interesting. How does your doe milk with this? If it doesn't affect milking and if you aren't going for good sellers or showing (would that hurt a show depening on the breed?), would it hurt to try the doeling and se how she does?
