Kelp source & dose?

I was just searching for a kelp source and wondering where you all get yours from? I saw it on Azure Standard, ($10 for 5lbs of organic kelp)....and also on Jeffers, which would be a lot more expensive. Thoughts?

And how much do you feed? Should I just mix some into their mineral feeder? I really want to know that our boer is getting it, so I may figure out dosage balls for her.

As always, THANK YOU for your time and input! I love this place!!

Micro nutrients, same as humans. Iodine.

I get mine at the feed store and top dress with a small amount every day. Some folks mix it with their minerals.

I get mine from Azure in the 50lb bag. I mix it with their minerals. I tried just putting it out but they ate it too quickly. I don't have a single goat that doesn't love their kelp so I wouldn't worry about your boer not eating it.
