How much Sulmet can I give?

I have looked high and low for Di-methox locally so I ordered it from Jeffers but this morning all three babies are having slight diarrhea and are acting a little less energetic than normal. They took their milk just fine and I actually didn't notice the diarrhea until we'd finished feeding them.

Sulmet or Corid is all there is available locally...I've called every place within fifty miles. That includes TSC and Atwood.
