A fat, butcher-ready wether for a butcher-ready lamb or butcher-ready meat chickens.
I have two very hefty Lamancha wethers that have never had any drugs, vaccines, wormer, etc. Very little grain, mostly hay, browse and lots of milk. Haven't weighed these guys yet but they will easily weigh in at 80-90 lbs I'm guessing. Are not ready to go yet, need about another month or two I'd say. I have plenty more, so these two are extras.
I am looking to see if anyone is interested in a future trade.
I did not get set-up in time for the cornishXrock chicks I planned to raise this year. My freezer is looking very bare of chicken. So if you have some that will soon be ready and might want to trade, please let me know. Am really only interested in meat birds this year. The heavy-breed layers I raised last year weren't quite as meaty as I like.
I have one butcher lamb I'm raising this year, but would really like one or two more. So would be very interested in hearing of anyone who has those and might be interested in trading. Money is very short this year, so can only trade.
And as money is very short this year, if anyone is interested in outright buying a ready-to-butcher wether, I could do that too.
Can deliver(for free)these guys to the butcher who lives near here, or they can go on the hoof. You can call or e-mail me if interested. 417-349-2217
