Unhappy Possibly Inattentive Mom?

The best looking LaMancha doe I have gave birth to 2 super cute bucklings. She is a FF and initially seemed like a pretty good mom. As I always do, I shut her in the stall with her boys for 48 hours for bonding time. They are almost three weeks old and I am not sure she is being so attentive. She rarely calls for them and I rarely see them out with their mom when she grazes. I have found one of her boys shivering and obviously hungry in the corner. I had to force feed him and give him some Bovi Sera to pick him up (both worked). She knows that's her son and will smell him and is not rejecting him, but she seems unconcerned about him. His brother is more proactive in seeking out mom for nursing, so he is doing better. Another thing that leads me to question all this is that her udder is full when I go to milk her every time. What should I be looking for and should I be concerned?

She might have FF-itis
I have an FF who would lay down if she felt her boys were at her udder too much. Good thing they could get their heads out in time! I gave them a 10 oz bottle in the morning and 10 in the evening. They grew fine. Annoying but hopefully next time she kids she will not be such an idiot.
I would give him relief bottles, either goat or whole milk and keep an eye on him.
