Babies with sniffles

Cookie's baby has a bit of watery eyes and sounds a bit snuffly. I've also heard one of Mudge's baby sneeze. Is there anything that I should give them to make sure that it doesn't progress into something?

Also, Cookie's baby seems to squat as if to pee a lot, but I don't see much coming out. Is that anything that I need to worry about?

Since you havent had response I will give you my 2 cents worth.
A sneeze or two isnt unusual now & then. After nursing kids often cough or sneeze.
As for squatting to pee & not much coming out I wouldnt be too concerned unless she is crying when she tries.
