New picture of Cookie and her little one
I mentioned it on another thread, but I would like your ideas for names. Mom's name is Celtic Knot C.C. Cookie, and dad's name is Buttin' Heads Tin Roof Sundae. I'd like something that sounds like a sweet treat, but I also like old names. So, if you could come up with a name of an old-time dessert, cookie, or candy, that would be great!

What a little cutie. How about Cookie Tin? Or Ribbon Candy? Or Chocolate Chip Sundae?

She looks like a Taffy. I LOVE that white spot on her leg, it looks like a typewritten 'a'.

I'm here in the kitchen with my sister and asked her and she took out an old fashion desert cookbook and these are what we came up with....
Snicker-doodle?
Apple Brown Betty?
Pecan Date Wedge?
Sweedish nut Torte?
Rice Chantilly?
Tapioca Parfait?
Orange Fluff?
Peach Dumpling?
Peach Melba?
Golden Fruitcake?
Peach Melba and Golden Fruitcake are our favorites!!!

That picture is precious! She looks the color of Brown sugar & you could call her Sugar for short.

I don't know if you use the dam or the sire's name in her for registration but I like Buttin heads Hershey Kisses & call her Kisses or Celtic Knot Chewy Cookie & call her Chewy.
Mary Jane is an old fashioned candy & old fashioned name. You could then call her Mary or Janie.

If we named her that, we'd probably call her "Doodle", because we have a "Snicket" (actually "Persnickety") and that would be too close to "Snicker".
I like several of the mentioned names, but keep 'em comin'!

I looked up names of Nigerian desserts, and found "Shula" and "Kulikuli". Those are both sort of cool also!

"Cajeta"? We all, on this forum know what THAT stuff is!!!!!
(Properly pronounced: "kay-het-uh").
I actually think Cookie and Cajeta sound kinda good together. I actually think the two taste pretty good together too!
Wanted to mention - she has got to be one of the most adorable kids born this season!!!!

I think we're back to Kulikuli. Our son likes that one much better than Cajeta...especially when I told him how to properly pronounce Cajeta.
And, by the way, I do believe we're keeping all of the babies, which means that the size of the herd just doubled. UGH!

Shucks. Well that leaves "caramel", the English translation of the same thing....which doesn't have the same zing to it.

We were posting at the same time, LFRJ...your suggestion was shot down by the pipsqueak in the house.

Well shucks. That leaves "caramel" the English translation of the same thing. Doesn't have the same zing to it though. How were you pronouncing it Mammabooh? It's a Latino word, the "j" is prounounced like an "h".

Looks like a question mark on her thigh to me... You want treat names. Is there anything treat-related that is questionable? Other than Whachamacallit? *lol*
She's quite the little score... You could call her Skor.
And she's the newest baby...... Ruth?
