Question Bleeding Head Butting

I had the twin bucklings dehorned at a few hours shy of 4 days old. They gotten quite adamant in the head butting in the last week or so. Now one of them has no scab and bleeds from one side of his hornbud. What if anything should I do? My thoughts say this needs to be given a chance to heal over but then wont they just break it open again? I am dam raising both so it would be quite difficult to just separate them.

You can spray it with Blue Coat or something. Or use that charcoal puffer thing.
