good treats for male goats

What are good treats? Veggies and fruits? How about BOSS, can they have that or is it a grain?

They can have BOSS.

They can even have grain or grain products, such as bread, for treats. They will not explode if given grain.

The deal is not to give it to them REGULARLY, as a constant imbalance between their phos.:calcium intake will cause urinary calculi.

But they can have it as a treat once in a while.

cool...yeah, I wasn't sure what they could have because of the whole UC thing. I want to make sure this little buck is sweet so when he's big he's easier to handle. He's not bad at all now

Treats shouldn't affect UC really because they are just treats, don't let them make a meal of them.
When I give crackers or cut up an apple for my 2 bucks, I split an apple or 5 or 6 animal crackers.

Make sure he keeps a respect for your space. I petted my bottle buckling and realized I didn't pay enough attention to respect until he got too pushy. He's much better now, but almost wound up in sausage. It didn't help that DH let him play push-me-pull-you with him after I'd told him that wasn't the thing to do

I'll certainly make a note of it. I might even smell "nice" to him being pregnant and all
