Picture of "Little Ricky"

DD decided she wanted him and started calling him Little Ricky. So I guess we're gonna keep him.

Here he is about an hour old.

I have a couple more when I get them downloaded.

There was a lady up the road from us had already said she wanted him. But I guess she won't get him. Maybe next time.

What a sweet little face, so glad your daughter is going to get to keep him.
Papa is a very handsome fellow too. I sure wish we had all that lush green growth now, my goats would be in heaven!

I have to laugh at the comments about your grass. I said basically the same thing to DH. Little Ricky is adorable and looks a lot like his dad.

Sweet baby, gorgeous dad! I wish I could pick him up and hug him (Little Ricky, not his papa).

Oh papa would like that too. He's just a pet, loves his back scratched. He can get dangerous with the horns when he tries to get you to pet him.

Such a cute baby! That you are in Texas and have all that lush green grass makes me happy! Did you suffer from the drought last year?

Yes we did, and they are talking about drought again this year, in fact the water restrictions are still in place. But it wasn't as bad here as it was in west TX. We are about an hour east of Dallas.

I certainly pray that you stay lush this year! We are bordering on a drought in southeast Iowa. The rains seem to fizzle out before they get here. We didn't have more than 6 inches of snow here this year..highly unusual. Wouldn't have minded that so bad had we had rain instead.
