She had twins!

Remember the goat I was asking about the artery on the vaginal wall. Well, she survived without any hemmorhaging. She delivered twins without difficulty. Interesting things is, I was told this doe is toggenburg, alpine, saanen cross. She is black with a white spot on her left side. Definitely all dairy. The buck is pb toggenburg. One of the babies is snow white....is this the saanen trait showing up? I was more than a little surprised to see this white buck born. The little black baby with frosted ears is a doeling.

Makes for a short and sweet kidding season for me. If I am correct and I should be sure by next week, only one out of four kids have horns.

How precious. With their coloring I would name them salt and pepper or ying and yang.

Yin and yang. That is hilarious! Hubby is gonna love it.

I guess I will stop wondering if the lady I bought her from was telling me the truth. What do you think of her udder for a FF?

They are adorable & the little doeling looks like she's smiling at the camera. She's so happy to finally be out in the world!
