Doe with slight fever

I am being rather paranoid considering what a kidding season we have had so far. But the doe who had twins and lost the buckling is running a slight fever today. The past two days I noticed her a bit punky but not enough to make me really worry. But today her appetite wasn't like it normally is so I ran and grabbed the thermomater to take her temp and it came up 103.2. I checked it against another doe and that doe was 102 exactly.

So we have
- 103.2 temp
- Just wormed
- Amount she is milking hasn't changed
- No hard udder or hot udder
- Appetite less today than normal
- Slightly punky and fluffed
- Some clear eye discharge (could be something or could be nothing, her eyes don't look inflamed or anything)
- Normal poops

Am I missing anything? I am thinking of just running her through a course of antibiotics (Bio-Mycin or Tylan 200) and giving her a Vit. B complex shot along with some probios by mouth to her. But I am so paranoid that I am missing something or that I should just wait and see. I normally never second guess myself this much but with everything that has been happening I don't want to choose the wrong course. I know her fever isn't horrid by any means but I would rather head this off now than wait and have it get worse.

Our weather has been changing drastically so I am even thinking maybe she got a touch of pneumonia? We have gone from 65 degree and sunny weather to 38 degree and snowing to now 50 degrees and wet/rainy in the past 5 days. She just kidded on Saturday and had no complications as far as I know expect for loosing her buckling the next day for other reasons. So I know she was stressed also from loosing him. Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions?

Justine

Temp is so border line I would probably just watch her close. Maybe give a shot of B complex.
