Update on doe with questionable milk fever..

I waited all day for a vet call yesterday and didn't hear back!
Her temp this am was 102.5, my other doe who is symptom free was 103. Last evening the "unwell" doe was 103.5 same as the symptom free doe..
She is still somewhat shaky in the milk stand and is not wanting her grain, she did take some alfalfa pellets and apples.. I didn't milk her all the way out just in case. I have been giving her liquid calcium 2x a day since yesterday. Other than being off her grain and shaking she seems OK, would this just be mild milk fever (is there such a thing as mild milk fever?).. Should I still try getting the vet on the phone, she won't give me any meds without an expensive trip out here which I don't want to do unless necessary.
