Pregnant ?

I'm pretty new with goats so forgive my ignorance. I have already been on here getting help about feeding and appreciate all of the help.

So, I am pretty sure my female is bred as she stays in the field with the buck and her belly seems to be getting larger. Is there any easy way to be sure and to estimate how far along she is? Thanks
