Question glycerine during pregnancy?

Does anyone know anything about administering glycerine to pregnant does? I read something about it, but don't recall exactly why this might be done, or the doseage. Is it related to ketosis prevention?

I think you are remembering propylene glycol, which we recently had a discussion about. NOT good for goats unless it's an EXTREME emergency. Definitely NOT preventative.
