Question Scabs on buck?

I noticed the other day that my buck had a few scabs at the bottom of him scrotum. What could this be? it didn't look serious, but is this common?

I asked that question of my buck collector and she said it was a fungus...

Is this serious? I put some anti-bacterial on it, but not much else.

I don't think so...she didn't seem too concerned and I have seen it on a lot of bucks. Maybe that blue copper (foot rot) spray would work. That stuff works on LOTS of things.

It could be mites or a fungus. Can you get a picture? The M-T-G sold at TSC & most farm stores is great for Fungus type things as well. I would try using that to clean the area but first I'd wash it with iodine & then every other day or so use the M-T-G on the affected area & see if it starts clearing it up.
