Luted Doe mounting herd queen...why?

My doe, Honey, who I posted a week ago about me wanting to get some babies from her and she had a uterine/vaginal infection...she has been treated and on 1/31 we had to give her the second dose of Lute. Today, I see her constantly mounting our herd queen, Lilly, who is definately in heat. Is this normal, I have maybe seen her do it months ago, but I just thought they were goofing around. Hmmmm...is that in the doe code or something? As usual...

I guess she is because of the Lute given on Tuesday, right. We are waiting until her next heat to rebreed her.
She even had her tougue sticking out! LOL
