Milk after worming?

I wormed Snicket this evening with Quest gel and I'm going to dump the milk for three days. What do you think about me giving the milk to the dog instead of dumping it? I tried to find info to see if it was harmful to dogs, but I'm finding conflicting info. Anyone know for sure?
