Overdue thank you

Just wanted to jump on and say thank you to all you who sent prayers and good thoughts for my dad and my family during his illness and passing. I still feel very lost and withdrawn but hope to get back into some socializing on here and in my life again. I'm so thankful that I bred my goats to kid in April and not late winter, no way could I have dealt with that too. So I will start shifting focus on getting does ready for their babies while I wrap things up. But thanks to everyone again, with all my heart I appreciate your prayers.

Be kind to yourself, take all the time you need to go through your grief.

I lost my parents 18 months apart after terrible illnesses while I was pregnant. My heart goes out to you - our Father's were both special people.

It does get easier over the years, the good memories seem to make it back to the top blanketing the recent memories of struggle, but his influence on you will never go away. . .

I have learned this past week that the computer friends really can understand you better than a lot of other people.
I am saddened by your pain. I know there will be days that are harder to handle than others, and I hope you can come to us and let us know you need a hug and a ear to listen.
