You may need to take her to a vet if you can't do this yourself. If it is broken enough to be bleeding and crooked, then you need to cut the broken tip off. A horn will not grow back together up there like a bone.
Try applying direct pressure on it to stop the bleeding if it doesn't stop on its own.
Believe it or not, goats have nerves that go into the horns. You will probably need to cauterize them to deaden them. I have tried not to do that on a couple of goats, and they were VERY sensitive for weeks, lost condition. So after I burned them, they did great.
If the base is cracked, it will take time to mend, it will be sensitive for several weeks.
If she is in a lot of pain (grinding teeth, not eating well, standing off by herself, etc) you may need to give her some banamine.
