You can clamp it between a couple of boards, or wrap the horizontal wires around a piece of iron pipe or heavy angle iron.

Be careful to resist that urge to pull it too tight.
It's safer to use a "come along" since you have more control

K so I'm not way off base with my idea. I'm going to use mini excavator so it won't pull to hard. Iwas thinking of sandwiching fence between a couple 2x4's n pulling that. Thanks

You can make a sandwich (as you said) of the fence, between a pair of 2x4s, running some bolts thru the 2x4s. Attach a piece of chain (with hooks on both ends) around the ends of the boards, connect a come-along to the middle of the chain, and attach the other end of the come-along to a tree, your truck, etc. You can really pull the fence tight this way. Then staple it down to the corner post and unhook the come-along and boards. Bend the fence around the corner, move your truck to the next corner, or find another tree beyond that corner, and repeat. Be very careful as you attach and tighten the come-along and chain. You are putting a lot of stress on things and if something pops loose you could have a chain wrapped around your head very violently.

I'm not sure what you're calling "goat fencing"; but if it is "woven", that type of straightening works well. (We used the sandwich and come-along with our fencing to help us get it tight up and down hills.)
