disbudding question

My doeling was disbudded 3 weeks ago and the scabs came off yesterday because of some adorable capricious behavior and underneath there are blood blisters one popped the other is intact. Is it normal to have blood blister when the scabs come off? And should I put neospirin on the popped one to protect her from infection is that sufficient or should I do more? She has had her first cdt vaccine.
Thanks
Natalia

I dont know if its normal but our wether Johnny Goat has them, and had them for a long time before we bought him. Both of his has popped while having a pushing match with Big Red and I just put triple antibiotic on them and made sure flies didn't get on them and hes fine now.

Spray some bluekote on it. Better than fussing with his head when he's still probably a bit headshy.
