Question Two Wart like Growths above Waddles

My 6 month old doeling has two soft, wart like growths right above her waddles. They are not abcess like at all, but stick up and are plyable just like a wart. At first I thought they were ticks, but when I shone the flashlight on the growths tonight, they didn't SEEM like ticks and we have a pretty large duck herd (12 in all) who eat anything considered a bug in the pasture with the goats. They are also in the same exact place on each side and seem sensitive when I touch them. In addition, it doesn't seem like they are filled with anything, and I run a clean herd anyhow. If they are warts, should I treat them and how?

It's possible that they are wattle cysts. Just keep an eye on them and if they get any bigger, you'll probably need to drain them.

Oh gosh, really? How common are these? I have some goats with wattles and never thought to even look for anything like them. Yuck. I draining things, makes me gag. Is there an odor to the drainage? That would just be icing on the vomit cake.
