Frozen Milk Question

I have quite a bit of milk in the freezer. What sorts of things should it be suitable for? Are there things that just don't do well when made from milk that has been frozen? (cheese, yogurt, etc.)

even the stuff that gets separated makes good cheese and is generally what we use it for that and soap. If its still like normal milk (less than three months old generally) well we do whatever we want with it. The stuff that gets chunky still taste decently good, I wouldnt sell it for drinking milk but would still use it in family. Also, its what we use for the kids at kidding time. I thaw mine out in the fridge but in a hurry for kid milk it does just fine in the microwave.

I have not had success making cheese with frozen milk. I sell it for soap making and bottle kids.

We shake it up and drink it after it thaws IF we don't have fresh goat milk available, that's about it for us humans. Mostly it's for bottle babies.
