Doe in a pickle or betwen a rock and a hard place :)
Our old Nubian girl didn't come in with the rest. Never a good sign. Walked around hollaring for her until I heard her hollar back.
This is the situation we found her in. Mind you she is the biggest oldest member of our group.
The hill is straight up. I had to go the long way around and come up from the bottom. She had gotten herself wedged between 2 logs. When we got her out she didn't help and we had to carry her halfway up this hill before she decided to get up and help haul her big butt up this hill. She seems no worse for wear from her adventure once moving.
oh the joy of living half way up the side of a big hill :0 Sometimes my life is a comedy skit, I bet god is laughing at me
Sorry the pic is sideways. I couldn't figureout how to turn it.

They can really get themselves into some odd situations, can't they? I'm glad you got her out and all is well.

She reminds me of me. like once, when I had an injured leg, I was using the john in our TINY powderroom, and was in such a hurry, i didn't turn on the light. Because of the leg injury,I had to "rock" to get up, which I did, didn't see the sink, hit my face, broke my nose and knocked myself out. As I was going down, I wondered "Who just socked me?"I then got stuck on the floor, under the sink and finally had to drag myself out on my butt. My DH laughed when I called him,as did the ER doctor. I get stuck in the weirdest places.Tell her I sympathize.

What a blessing that she didn't have a broken leg or anything more serious.
Looks like she waited, knowing her humans would come for her.
HOORAY for a successful outcome.

I think she had given up getting out on her own. She wasn't stuck for to long though cause when we came home she was eating leaves standing on the offending log. When I was trying to get her out she kept giving me kisses. It was not helpful at the time, but she was very glad to see us.

Thank Gosh you found her & nothing broken, or worse! Crazy Goats can get in the strangest predicaments! There must have been something really good to eat on that slope that she thought was worth the risk.

Poor baby. The look on her face in those pics makes me sad. I'm so glad this had a happy ending!
