Manual Cream seperator

I have a cream seperator. I have never used it and it is brand new. It states to fill with machine oil, industrial oil И-12А or И-20А. What type of oil is this and where can i find it?

Just use lightweight machine oil; i.e., sewing machine, light hydraulic fluid, milk machine oil, etc. DON'T use motor oil.

I asked the same question about a year ago and was told to use MOBILE Veloite Oil No.10 Spindle Oil Medium. Ended up ordering it off of the internet but it is working great.
