The goats are caught up and......

I don't know what to do with myself.
This month has been constant trimming of feet, giving vaccinations, treating abscess (horse foot sorry not goat), doing cocci treatments, patching fence, repairing equipment, etc. Every morning extra work.
This is my second day where all I've had to do is clean up and feed. What will I do with all this extra time? I know- post this nonsense thread.

Life is sometimes pretty good.

yesterday, moved hay, cleaned house, cleaned house, cleaned house, ran to store, prepped for Pampered Chef party, hhosted party, scraped last friends out at 10 p.m., MILKED at 10 p.m., couldn't sleep, watched late night and realized my feet are all swollen (sheesh I hate this getting old-maybe losing 90 lbs WOULD help) got up this morning, did chores, slaughtered 14 bunnies, picked up 11 muscovies from friend's house to slaughter, pooped out...then hubbie told me that mother-in-law and assorted relatives are showing up at 6:30 for a salmon bbq.............EEEEEEK. Ok, cleaned up floors from last nights party, cooked, and made MO-HHHEEEE-TOES! Yee-haw...Will slaughter muscovies tomorrow morning. My 47-year old hands and arms don't like milking twice a day AND slaughtering. My hands are numb and my forearms ACHE. I'm hoping the mojito will dull the pain.
