Gotta love AGS!

I just got a call from the AGS folks questioning some registration papers I sent in. We were able to straighten it out in two minutes on the phone and all is well. I have always gotten such great customer service from them and they have really gone the extra mile to help me sort stuff out when needed.

Based on past experience, if the same oops that happened this time, had happened with ADGA paperwork they would just ship the papers back to me and tell me to straighten it out. And I wouldn't have the registration papers I need to show at the state fair Labor Day weekend.

Now I know I will get my paperwork back in time for the State Fair - gotta love AGS!
