Definitely. I would INSIST on tests before even considering bringing any of these home. I get suspicious when someone wants to "get rid of" an entire herd.

It could be something like a financial crisis or illness or death in the family that they have to get rid of the goats, but I definately would not get them without having them tested for CAE, CL and Q fever.
