Shade ideas for fair?

I need some brainstorming help. Our 4-H fair is this week and, due to the fairgrounds being totally destroyed in the flood, fair is being held at an alternate location. The pens will be outside with no shade and it's been HOT here the last few days with nasty thunderstorms every afternoon/evening and most likely will be for the foreseeable future. I need some way to set up a tarp for shade for DD goat pen. I know this should be simple, but after all the.........disasters/crises of the last few months and a newborn, I'm frazzled and brain dead! Thanks!

How about a cattle panel hoop shelter? It can be pulled and moved. pour lots of water on the tposts when getting close to pull them so they aren't so hard to get out.

Do you have a couple of patio umbrellas you could tie to the pen on opposite corners?
