Question drawing blood

What vein is used for drawing blood and where is it located? I'm wanting to send in blood to WADDL in a couple months.

That is the link we used to learn to draw blood when we did for the first time. It seemed really scary until we actually did it. Afterward, we wondering why we'd been so scared. I think its just the idea of sticking them in jugular, that scares most people. It would just be so much nicer if they would lay their front hoof on a little platform and stand patiently while we draw blood from a big vein there.
