The babies arrived!

Well we finally had our last doe kid here . So I now can say for certain that the doe in question was bred, thank you for putting up with my hemming and hawing over this for the past few months.

I know that it hasn't happened unless we have pictures but all I have is my cell phone and the barn is to dark to get good pictures. We have triplet boys, The Dread Pirate Roberts (Roberts for short), Westley and Inigo Montoya. Roberts and Westley have cute nubian airplane ears and Inigo has elf ears. In fact Inigo came out ashamed that he didn't have the long cute ears like his brothers because he came out with his front legs over his head to cover his poor short ears .

Rhapsody is doing wonderful with all three of them (if not a bit surprised and overwhelmed by the numbers) and seems to be happy with her brood. I am just happy for healthy babies even if they are boys and that also means no temptation for me to keep a cute airplane eared baby. All in all a good night's work here on the farm and now I am off to crash into bed. I am just glad that she truly was pregnant and I wasn't slowly loosing my sanity .
