Well I have to say that "goat love" has definitely hit us both! They are just the most loving little boys. We are just now really getting to see their individual personalities. Nugget is just so calm and laid back, but a real lover. He almost seems like the "older and wiser" one of three - know what I mean? Moonpie is the squeaky wheel of the group. So needy. Has to be on your lap at all times and is a huge attention hog - tries to butt in on everybody else's lovin' time. And, he screams when we go back up to the house.... seriously. It only lasts a few minutes but I can't help but think the other two are wondering what in the world is wrong with him. lol
Little Petey is very "soft spoken". Loves being brushed (as they all do) and being loved on, but he's not pushy about it at all. He's his own little, somewhat independent "baby" of the group, but such a sweetheart.
Of the three, we both agree that Nugget's personality would be best suited to take to the nursing home for visits - which is one of the things I originally wanted them for. We'll wait probably until next spring until they are a bit older for this. I'm buying some leads this weekend to start walking them around the property with me. We'll see how they do.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
