Dont you hate a mystery

My older Saanen doe is off, so far the cause is a big mystery. Temps normal, gut sounds good, poop, pee, everything but her appetite is good. She would eat alfalfa cubes (mini cubes) last night but not the grain, but high tailed for the hay barn once we where done milking. This morning she wouldnt eat anything.

No grinding her teeth, fought like the dickens when I checked her hooves which is normal, she did have some minor thrush going on in the side walls but nothing I couldnt cut out.
I really dont have a clue whats going on here, shes not even been out browsing for the past few days because I have been working so I dont turn them out or Id think she ate something.

I did change the hay to some clover hay but shes been on that for about a week now and all the other goats are fine and its of excellent quality.

This is not cool. I gave her thiamine and b12 to boost her appetite and some banamine for the fact I have to go to work and wont be able to check on her or get an update until later this evening, if no change I will be taking her to my vet in the AM. Its just weird shes off enough for me to worry but not off enough for me to figure anything out.

I have no answers for you but hope she either gets normal or you figure it out. It's horrible when they are off and you have no idea how to fix them.

I would look in her mouth just to see if anything looks red or any teeth that look bad, just to rule that out before you take her to the vet. What about a fecal to tell if she has heavy worms, maybe with her being older things may affect her differently?
Don't really have any other ideas just grasping at straws & trying to cover all the ideas.
Sure hope she's OK & the vet can figure out what's going on if you can't.

I had a doe come down with milk fever, the 1st thing I noticed, she was willing to eat her hay, but not grain that morning. By evening she wasn't willing to eat anything. Got her treated and she recovered quickly.

she ate some tonight but not much, I can tell she didnt drink much because she barely gave 3/4 of a quart of milk and this doe gives me right at two gallons a day. She seems still off but a bit better but that may be the banamine I gave her before I left still working. They just went through deworming but that doesnt mean much as I was targeting tape worms using massive doses of safeguard and cydectin.
I really dont know, just odd. Shes sick but not sick enough I swear shes just trying to make me stress and baby her.

Btw, shes got a bad udder as far as attachment but is only 4 years old so shes not very old.

My first thought is acidosis. This is the advice that was given to me last year when I had a 5 year old milker that was off feed. She was 6 weeks fresh and would eat her alfalfa pellets and grass hay, but she would not touch her grain. Her temp was also normal. After a couple of days treatment she was back to normal.

Here's what I'd do in this case:
Naxcel/Excenel for at least 3 days
CMPK twice a day for 2-3 days
1/2 doses of banamine once a day. 1cc/200#
Baking soda drench,ASAP.
