Lump blocking milk flow

Has anyone had any experience with lumps blocking the flow of milk? I've had a couple does who passed small lumps in their milk when they were congested just after kidding but it didn't last long and within a day or two their milk was lump-free and flowing fine.

This doe, however, has a lump in her teat that is about 1/2 inch long and will not be passed. I can push the lump up to the top of her teat, milk a few squirts, but then it comes down and blocks the orifice again. I've tried to squeeze it to break it up and managed to get a small piece, about the size of a grain of rice, out with a pair of tweezers but this seemed to hurt her. This is only happening in one half of her udder.

Any one have any suggestions I can try or is this something for a vet?

I'm not saying to try this, but I remembered this article about a calcium stone in the teat channel.
