There are some folks who keep their asymptomatic CAE positive does for milkers. They pull the kids at birth and raise them on Prevention (pasturized goats milk or whole/raw cows milk) and drink the milk from that doe themselves. As the others have mentioned, it's completely safe for human consumption.
