Cuteness alert!

Well, I got two bottle babies today. Out of different mothers and they are 90% Nigerian with some LaMancha thrown in for fun. The people were so happy to sell to us because they said we knew goats! I told them, "um, not as much as I want to" but they were impressed I asked about CAE, CL, vacs and wormers(and they're good!). I didn't intend to have a small eared goats but we got a great deal on her and she is adorable!!

So, introducing....
The Duke...

and Josey Wales!

And here is one of them together in the van...

I know that Josey Wales is a guy but it is in honor of our favorite actors. I've also named our place Raisin' Outlaw Farms so Raisin' Outlaw Josey Wales goes good

I was always of the "lamanacha's ear thing is freaky" mindset but they gave us a good deal so that we could get both and she was adorable! Duke is more laidback than her, she keeps wanting to play and he keeps looking at her like, "what do you want from me?!"

OMGoodness! Too cute!!! And BTW, the doeling belongs to me. Truly she does. Because she is named after my mare, a 15 year old Appaloosa named Josey Wales! My hubby asked me why she was named after a guy when I first bought her as a 3 year old and I was like, "what, no she's not, that's what the previous owners named her. Josey is a GIRL name!" Then he showed me the movie The Outlaw Josey Wales, lol! She's an awesome horse and I love my Josey! Sounds like you are gonna love yours just as much

Thanks, everyone, I'm pretty happy with them. I'm naming our farm Raisin' Outlaw Farms so Josey Wales fit right in. Plus, she is loud and rambunctious! Duke is just laidback as can be(which is why I chose him) he'll play but he also just wants to chill.

And y'all will have to fight the tyrant of the family, DD4, for Josey

They are both beautiful! Love the names too! I'm not much for lamancha's either but Josey is adorable, I think the no ears thing grows on you after awhile!
