Just some fun goat pics

Just sharing a couple of fun goat pictures

BANG - PLAY DEAD!!! (just a super hot day and moving was optional) Just some fun goat pics - Goats

Where did you want this order of doelings delivered? Just some fun goat pics - Goats

Truly one of the most bizzare games almost all of my kids love to play. They scoop up a bucket with their head and see how long they can walk around with it on there.

LOL!!!!!!!!!! those are super fun pics. My goats are so hot and you can tell the heats getting to them, they just lay around looking about like the first two.

That top picture FREAKS ME OUT!

I looked out the kitchen window several weeks ago and saw the girls lying like that on the ground and I went running and crying outside until I realized they were sleeping. I was in TEARS! I had no idea what happened-my heart was racing.

I felt like such a fool.

LOL Faulous!!! Beautiful babies

I'm also guilty of the frantic dash to look at a "dead" goat!

Tonka, my Lamancha does that......what's worse is he won't budge or twitch even if your right at the fence yelling at him..The first time I saw him like that I had to physically shake him & he responded with a lazy stretch & slowly opened his eyes to give me the evil look for disturbing him! My alpines are much more dignified when laying down........Tonka is a lazy ham

LOL! Sounds like a typical day here! How do they possibly bend in so many directions? Thanks for the laugh!

OMG your pictures are hilarious! BUT, (big but) NOT FAIR! I am SSSOOO fighting the need, no urge, desire whatever to get goats........ I love everyones pictures and love reading and expanding my knowledge on goaties.... I have had my chickens for 1-1/2 years now and ready to expand to other, you know, critters.... I feel I am ready. I will have many questions and I love you all here for your willingness to help out newbies.

I have come VERY close to getting a small flock, but unfortunately, their barn burned down, posted a while back on this. But my son's friend called back to see if I had my barn ready? Really? I had given up getting any as I was concerned about CL, CAE etc.

Are goats really that fragile? I mean other than a good maintenance/ vaccination program, they seem pretty sturdy. I love your stories and worries. I feel I'm right there with you all. Is it a good idea to leave the kids on Mom if you don't plan on drinking the milk? No way could I convince my heathens to drink it. So many more questions, Thanks in advance, Reb
