I hate when we kid and Im at work

well we started kidding again and Im at work and there problems and she kidded early.

my sister just called me 2nd year moma 2 babies one up and being clean the other one down not cleaned and after birth out

Im running through my head help if i missed anything

told her to check temp make sure its 101 to 103

Clean it off and try to get it to suck off the mom if not milk the mom and feed him that away

if cant get milk down him might have to tube

dont use milk replacer use whole cows milk (wish my milk cow was bigger now)

what did I miss ?

Make sure the cows milk is warm. Think warm...throw towels in the dryer to warm them up and rub down baby. warm warm warm! keep us posted! That is all I can think of
