Cheese

We made cheese for the first time! It was just a simple soft cheese but it was a ton of fun, extremely yummy, and I can see cheese making becoming addictive.

We added herbs and crab to the cheese, its excellent on crackers.

I made 30 minute mozzarella and ricotta for the first time time today. It took an hour and ten minutes for both.
