This is Little Bit's udder as of about an hour ago. I'm happier with her teats now, I'm thinking she'll be pretty nice to hand milk once she freshens. However, she hasn't kidded yet, and she's already uneven. It's much more pronounced in person than in this picture. Should I be doing anything other than waiting for her to pop out the kid/s, and hope both sides function normally once they're (hopefully) working as intended?

And this is her tail, she's had no ligaments I can find for 2 days now...

I'll tell you what should be done from all of the reading I've done. Take a milk sample and have it tested by a lab to see if she has Staph Mastitis. It can be acquired from nursing on her mom, who had it, when she was born.
Heat treat the colostrum and milk from her so it isn't passed on to any doelings who will be future milkers.
She could possibly be self sucking.

I had a doe come in one side then the other before kidding, but was even after kidding. Since she's about to kid, I would wait and see if she evens out on her own personally.

This morning she was dripping colostrum from the more engorged side. Rather than let it go to waste, I milked her until it stopped dripping and put it in the freezer. Tonight she looked more even and the smaller side looked larger. I was hoping that meant she would kid today but she's had no more goo or anything and no kids as of 9pm.

The good news is, she's going to be a dream to milk. Even with that thick syrupy colostrum she was easy to milk. Large orifices and teats already long enough to milk easily. Best of all, no kicking!
